John McCraney - ORD

As a sixteen year flight attendant, I’m tired of things that SkyWest promises but can’t deliver.  They change policy on a whim and present pay packages that don’t benefit people who have committed time to the company.   

I’m also tired of the lack of good flying in ORD, where I’m based.  Why put a policy in place that we can’t utilize? 

I can’t even drop ONE trip during our schedule enhancement period, even when I’m available to do so at 2000MT?!   

It’s time to hold management accountable and it’s time to have representation that can negotiate a fair and reasonable contract.
