When a majority of SkyWest Flight Attendants have signed cards, the National Mediation Board schedules our election. Every card is one card closer. Nobody is going to sign it for us, and no consultant management hires can stop a crew room full of people who have decided.
Our campaign is about building each other up and strengthening our careers. The pace is set by how many of us pick up a piece of it.
