What You Can Do Now:
Fill out the form below to order extra cards to share with coworkers and indicate you’d like to get more involved with our SkyWest AFA campaign, which SkyWest Flight Attendants run.
Sign your AFA card and mail it to AFA.
Talk to coworkers. Share information, learn their stories, and find out why a union is important to them. Offer an extra AFA card and ensure they fill it out and sign it correctly. Then, offer to mail it in for them.
With a union, we’ll have:
Legal protections against unfair treatment.
A contract we can enforce, not just policies that can change anytime.
Our own union, run by SkyWest Flight Attendants, with the power to fight for what we deserve.
Management is organizing against us — we must organize with each other.
