Kelly Frieders - PHX

I'm a PHX-based FA and have been with SkyWest since 2017. I've always loved flying, and when I decided to become a flight attendant, I chose SkyWest because I love everything we claim to be about. It's why I came to work here and gushed like a kid with a crush on the first day of INH Training. 

Over the years, I've been saddened to see all the ways we don't walk the walk, how our FAs are treated as disposable, with no one having our backs.

A SkyWest union backed by AFA-CWA would be OUR FAs working on OUR goals at a local-base and company-wide level, giving us a REAL VOICE in everything from contract negotiations to grievances to holding management accountable to policy.

I'm excited to be a part of this union organizing effort because I think it will help us BE what we claim to be.
