When you sign and send in an Authorization Card, you are indicating you would like the opportunity to vote for a union led by SkyWest Flight Attendants.

Management never sees this card.

AFA-CWA is supporting our efforts to establish our own SkyWest Flight Attendant Union.

Once a majority of our Flight Attendant have sent in signed cards to AFA-CWA, the National Mediation Board will conduct a union elections where we will be able to vote for our union.
